09/14/2020 <br />The Planning Commission finds that the proposed house does not conform <br />to the contextual setbacks because the setbacks of the second story walls <br />are not sufficiently stepped back as to be compatible with what is generally <br />similar to structures that front the same street, and are not compatible with <br />the neighborhood context. <br />4. The Planning Commission hereby denies Architectural Permit No. <br />AP2020-015 for the Property based on the findings set forth above, and the Planning <br />Commission's consideration of the Project in accordance with the plans, details, and <br />descriptions contained herein. <br />5.
