EXHIBIT A <br />Sec. 2.121. - TERMS OF MEMBERS: <br />09/14/2020 <br />The term of office of each member of the Board of Building Review shall be four (4) years, <br />expiring on May 31 of the fourth year; provided, however, that appointments to the Board <br />shall be made such that terms shall expire in even -numbered years. Each such member <br />shall continue to serve until their successor is appointed and qualified. <br />Sec. 40.4.1. - HISTORIC RESOURCES ADVISORY COMMITTEE: <br />The Commission shall appoint a Historic Resources Advisory Committee to advise and <br />make recommendations to the Commission in accordance with the provisions of this <br />Chapter. The Committee shall hold regular meetings at least once a month. The <br />Committee shall consist of five (5) members who shall be appointed from, but not limited <br />to, such professions, disciplines and interests as: members of the Redwood City Heritage <br />Association and other preservation related organizations; licensed architects and <br />structural engineers; urban planners and landscape architects; attorneys and real estate <br />experts; members of community groups and residents within historic districts, occupants <br />of historic landmarks and owners of historic sites. Not less than four (4) members shall, <br />at the time of their appointment and continuously during their incumbency, be residents <br />and electors of the City. <br />The term of each member shall be three (3) years, expiring _on_May 31 of the third year. <br />An appointment to fill an unexpired term shall be for the remainder of such unexpired <br />term.
