09/14/2020 <br />2. Any public emergency vehicle or publicly owned vehicle. <br />3. A recreational vehicle parked on a public street, alley, or highway for <br />an event, which has received an event permit issued by the City of <br />Redwood City Police Department or other City Department under <br />Chapter 33A or Section 20.216 of this Code. The vehicle must be <br />parked within the area defined by an event permit issued under section <br />33A or otherwise pursuant to the terms of the issued permit. <br />4. A recreational vehicle parked on a public street, alley, or highway <br />pursuant to a permit issued under the Temporary RV Safe Parking <br />Program authorized by Resolution Number 15881. The vehicle must <br />comply with all requirements of the Temporary RV Safe Parking <br />Program. <br />D. Signs: <br />The Director of Public Works may post streets signs giving notice of the <br />a rk i no p rohibitions herein at app rop riate locations on any streets within the <br />City, including at the entrances and exits to the City. Such signs shall -give <br />notice that vehicles violating this section may be cited/and or towed at the <br />owner's expense. <br />E. In the event a recreational vehicle is stopped, parked,, or left standing upon a <br />street in violation of this Section, any member of the Police Department <br />authorized by the Chief of Police may remove the vehicle from the street or <br />highway in the manner and subiect to the requirements of California Vehicle <br />Code Section 22650 et see. <br />F. Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, recreational vehicles are <br />subject to all other parking restrictions and regulations of the California <br />Vehicle Code and this Code. <br />Section 7.
