A recreational vehicle parked on a public street, alley, or highway for an event, which has received an event permit issued by the City of Redwood City Police Department or other City Department under Chapter 33A or Section 20.216 of this Code. The vehicle must be parked within the area defined by an event permit issued under section 33A or otherwise pursuant to the terms of the issued permit. 4. A recreational vehicle parked on a public street, alley, or highway pursuant to a permit issued under the Temporary RV Safe Parking Program authorized by Resolution Number 15881. The vehicle must comply with all requirements of the Temporary RV Safe Parking Program. D. Signs: The Director of Public Works may post streets signs giving notice of the a rk i no p rohibitions herein at app rop riate locations on any streets within the City, including at the entrances and exits to the City. Such signs shall -give notice that vehicles violating this section may be cited/and or towed at the owner's expense. E. In the event a recreational vehicle is stopped, parked,, or left standing upon a street in violation of this Section, any member of the Police Department authorized by the Chief of Police may remove the vehicle from the street or highway in the manner and subiect to the requirements of California Vehicle Code Section 22650 et see. F. Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, recreational vehicles are subject to all other parking restrictions and regulations of the California Vehicle Code and this Code. Section 7.
