Final acceptance for Kennedy Middle School Safe Routes to Schools <br />Improvements (304) MO 20-131 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the Kennedy Middle School Safe Routes to School <br />Improvements and authorize the release of bonds and retention according to <br />City procedures. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.G. Roosevelt Avenue Traffic Calming Plan, conceptual design, and <br />implementation strategy (505) MO 20-132 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve the Roosevelt Avenue Traffic Calming Plan and conceptual <br />design and authorize staff to complete design plans and to seek grant funding <br />for pilot implementation. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.H. Modifications to the COVID-19 Emergency Assistance Program to increase <br />maximum grants and reallocate unused funds (454) MO 20-135 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve increasing the COVID-19 Emergency Assistance Program <br />grant maximum from $3,000 to $6,000, for City -funded grants; and <br />2. By motion, reallocate the unused portion of $100,000 in Community <br />Development Block Grant Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funds previously set aside for <br />in-home child care providers to provide rental assistance to the broader pool of <br />qualified applicants. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.1.
