DES:djk /07/95 (137/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/26/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12511 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF ONE (1) <br /> COMPUTER WORKSTATION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT, ENGINEERING DIVISION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were <br />solicited for the purchase of one (1) Computer Workstation for <br />the Department of Community Development, Engineering Division; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation three bids were <br />received; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Environmental Science Research Institute, Inc. of <br />Redlands, California is the lowest responsible bidder, and it is <br />the intention and desire of this Council to accept the bid of <br /> <br />said Environmental Science Research Institute, Inc.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Environmental Science Research Institute, <br />Inc. for the sale of one (1) Sun Microsystem SPARCstation 20 <br />Computer Workstation to the City of Redwood City in the amount of <br />Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-five and No/100 Dollars <br />($14,995.00) in accordance with said bidder's Quotation No. <br />95Q-601-1961-B dated June 5, 1995, is hereby accepted, and said <br />bidder is hereby declared to be the lowest responsible bidder in <br />response to solicitation for bids without advertisement for said <br />Plotter. <br /> <br /> <br />
