<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />February 25. 2008 <br />MO. 08-027 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: February 26, 2008 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Community Development Department <br />Engineering Division <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Grant Deeds from the Costco Project. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1C (608) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 25, 2008. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Sain, Ira, Hartnett, Pierce, Vice Mayor Howard and <br />Mayor Foust <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motions were made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Aguirrellra to direct the City Clerk to accept four (4) conveyances offered by <br />Costco Wholesale Corporation, a Delaware Corporation (formerly Price Club), <br />and record the deeds with the County of San Mateo. Conveyances are as <br />follow: (1) One Public Service Easement for storm drains and water; (2) One <br />Emergency Access, and Ingress/Egress Easement; (3) One Non-Exclusive <br />Easement for Street Purposes and a Public Service Easement for Parcel 2 (not <br />Costco); , (4) One grant for right of way purposes. <br /> <br />
