Those certain bid documents entitled "Bid Documents - <br />Hi-Ranger Aerial Snorkel (Fire Truck with Emergency Equipment)", <br />(form dated 06/02/95), including Notice to Bidders, Instructions <br />to Bidders, Sample Bill of Sale, and Bid Sheet, providing for the <br />sale of the surplus property described in Exhibit A, a copy of <br />which bid documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for sealed bids for sale of said property at not less <br />than 90% of the appraised value thereof, with the right reserved <br />to the City to sell said property at public auction following the <br />submittal and opening of sealed bids, in accordance with Section <br />3½ of the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
