PENINSULA PARK, LLC FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF THE PENINSULA PARK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. <br />Assistant City Attorney Aranda confirmed additional language to be added to the end <br />of this motion as follows: with language addressing two contingencies regarding <br />Recital 6 and Section 8, with such changes to be reviewed and approved by the <br />Interim City Manager. Council Member Hartnett clarified that it be brought back to <br />the City Council for review and approval at the January 7, 2008 Council meeting. <br />The motion, as amended, passed by unanimous roll call vote by those present. <br />Mayor Foust stated her thanks and appreciation to various staff members for their <br />clear presentation of this complex project. <br />8.
