AK:mg 06/20/95 (003/40 <br /> <br />reviewed by this Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Third Amendment of <br />Disposition and Development Agreement for Phase I of the Sequoia <br />Station Project," by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City, the City of Redwood City and Safeway Inc., <br />a Delaware corporation, a copy of which has been executed by the <br />Developer and is on file in the office of the Secretary of the <br />Agency, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
