6.B.- Page 6of7 <br />Exhibit "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Environmental Consulting Services (Consultant) shall provide inspection <br />services for the construction phase of the California Water Tank, Pump Station <br />and Transmission Main Project (Project), as set forth in this Exhibit A. Consultant <br />will provide both full-time and part-time inspection as needed for Fenceline Air <br />Quality Monitoring (FAQM). <br />FAQM includes observation and testing as necessary for the Asbestos Dust <br />Mitigation Plan (ADMP) outlined below related to the performance of the <br />proposed earthwork in the Project. <br />1. Responsibility for the oversight and monitoring to ensure compliance with the <br />ADMP includes: <br />a. Conducting daily inspections, <br />b. Conducting air monitoring, <br />c. Notifying the Project Manager and proper response agency in the event <br />of an emergency, and <br />d. Completing the necessary record keeping. <br />Services will include observation, laboratory testing as necessary to document <br />specification compliance, and to confirm field observations. Daily inspections <br />shall include eight hours of an Environmental Specialist field sampling and <br />inspecting earthwork, two hours of an environmentalist overtime preparing a <br />daily Inspection report and transporting samples to a laboratory for testing, half <br />an hour of project administration and QA/QC, CARE TEM analysis lab test, <br />batteries, pumps, and filters. <br />SCHEDULE <br />The schedule set forth in this agreement is subject to the duration of the construction <br />phase of the California Water Tank, Pump Station, and Transmission Main Project. <br />The time allowed for the completion of the Project is Nine Hundred and Forty (940) <br />working days total in addition to any additional time for excusable and non -excusable <br />extension of contract time. <br />The Consultant shall <br />Exhibit A, subject to <br />Project is completed. <br />REV: 08-07-2020 PR <br />perform the above-mentioned services as set forth in this <br />the construction schedule of the Project Tasks, and until the <br />ATMAGR.Amend No. 11SCA Environmental, Inc.
