6.C. - Page 19 of 25 <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT — STORM WATER .DRAINAGE <br />This License Agreement for Storm Water Drainage ("License Agreement") between <br />Anon Pellarin, ("Licensor") and the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation ("Licensee") is dated for convenience 2016 ("Effective <br />Date"). ' <br />RECITALS <br />1. Licensor is the lessee of the real property commonly known as 1831 East <br />Bayshore Road, and which is depicted on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference, bearing Assessor's Parcel. Nmumber 054-030- <br />050 in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, ("Pellarin <br />Parcel"); <br />II. Licensee wishes to drain its storm water through the existing drainage <br />pipe located on the Pellarin Parcel, and which pipe is more particularly identified <br />on Exhibit "A", ("Drainage Pipe'). Licensor agrees to license the Drainage Pipe <br />to Licensee for this purpose pursuant to the terms and conditions of this License <br />Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1. Drainage Pipe. Licensor allows a non-exclusive non -assignable revocable license to <br />Licensee to convey storm water collected from the abutting street through the Drainage Pipe for <br />the purpose of draining storm water through the Pellarin Parcel and for no other purpose. <br />Licensor further allows Licensee access to inspect the Drainage Pipe to ensure that no trees, <br />plants, improvements or debris endanger or interfere with the unobstructed drainage of storm <br />water through the Drainage Pipe. Licensor reserves the right to change the location, size, design, <br />configuration, layout, entrances, exits, the boundaries and all other aspects of the Drainage Pipe <br />as may otherwise be allowed by law. <br />2. Term. This License Agreement shall continue until such time as Licensor no longer <br />controls possession of the Pellarin Parcel, or unless otherwise agreed by the parties hereto. <br />3. No Easement. No grant of an easement or other interest in land is intended by this <br />License Agreement. <br />4. No Recording. Licensee shall not record, or cause to be recorded, this License <br />Agreement nor any memorandum or other document which may relate or refer to this License <br />Agreement. <br />5. Notices.
