This is a Study Session and no formal action will <br />occur at this hearing. <br />The following projects request consideration of a General Plan Amendment: <br />1. 901, 947, 999 EI Camino Real (Autozone site) <br />2. 601 Allerton <br />3. 1900 Broadway (Wells Fargo site) <br />4. 2300 Broadway (Chase Bank site) <br />5. 603 Jefferson, 750 Bradford (Redwood City School District Office site) <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Housing, Transportation, and Children & Youth <br />BACKGROUND <br />At their November 4, 2019 meeting, the City Council considered a series of planning actions to seek <br />community input and guide future development and transit service in Downtown Redwood City and <br />beyond.
