(In Meg Ohms) <br /> <br />tJ Check for any loose or faulty electrical connections within the pump control pane!. <br /> <br />tJ Measure resistance between stator windings. (In Ohms) <br /> <br />Cl Check voltage supply between all phases of the electrical control panel. (V AC) <br /> <br />Cl Check voltage balance between all phases on the load side'" oftbe pump control with pump on. (V AC) <br /> <br />tJ Check amperage draws on all pbases of the pump motor. (In Amps) <br /> <br />Cl Check condition and operation of motor thermal protectors control system (if so equipped). <br /> <br />Cl Removal ofFlygt pump from lift station for physical inspection. <br /> <br />Q Check condition of upper shaft seals (inspect condition of motor housing). <br /> <br />tJ Check condition and operation of leakage detector (if so equipped). <br /> <br />Cl Check lower shaft seals (inspect condition of oil). <br /> <br />tJ Change oil if needed (cost of oil included). <br /> <br />Cl Check for worn or loose impeller. <br /> <br />tJ Check all impeller wear rings.
