Del Ben <br />FROM Matthew Nausin <br /> Aftermarket Service Representative <br /> <br />The following is a proposal for our 21 Point Inspection at your 6 Flygt equipped pump stations. <br /> <br />1. Schedule" A" Agreement <br /> <br />Schedule "A" is the preventative maintenance agreement which addresses parts & labor to <br />perform a 21 point inspection on your 12 Flygt CP pumps/mixers located thru out the Redwood <br />City District. Parts include O-ring kits, wear rings, and other minor parts that may need to be <br />replaced during our inspection. Flygt estimates the job will require 2 Flygt technicians, over the <br />course of 4 days, to complete the entire 21 point inspection. The fee for the schedule "A" <br />agreement is $11.000.00 which will be invoiced to the customer after the completion of our <br />inspection. <br /> <br />2. Schedule "B" Agreement <br /> <br />Schedule "B" is for any additional required parts and labor, which are not included with the <br />schedule "A" agreement. This includes major parts such as impellers, volutes, guide rails, cables, <br />etc. Flygt will not replace any major parts without written authorization from the customer. If such <br />parts need to be replaced on-site by our service personnel during our inspection, they will be <br />invoiced separately from schedule "A" contract, and may require a separate purchase order from <br />the customer to proceed.
