(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on September 21, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre and Hale to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with SCA Environmental, Inc. for the <br />services for the construction phase support of the California Water Tank, Pump Station <br />and Transmission Main project in the amount of $185,100 for a total amount of $446,860, <br />and authorize the City Manager and the City Manager's designees to increase the <br />contract amount up to an additional 10%, if necessary. <br />Motion passes 7-0,.by roll I vote. <br />J <br />Pamela Aguilar, C <br />City Clerk <br />
