PCRC will utilize its own RWC database that includes residents, community <br />and faith leaders, school/districts, county/local health organizations, non -profits, business <br />owners, property owners, culture/ethnic groups, and parent/youth organizations. PCRC will also <br />outreach to lists provided by Chief Mulholland. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, 80% of our <br />outreach will be done via social media, email, text, call, and flyer dissemination. There are <br />groups that the City has especially highlighted as target outreach and will provide in-person pop- <br />up outreach. <br />Target Outreach: Homeless, RV Dwellers, Elderly, Senior, Latino, Pacific Islander, <br />Black/African-American, and Redwood Shores Community <br />Table 1.
