<br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motton, an agreement with MHAlRMT tnc. in the amount of <br />$159,812.00 to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (UEIR") for development <br />proposed by Laurel Way Joint Venture, and authorize the City Manager to increase <br />the agreement amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount approved. <br /> <br />D.
