CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Foust <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL - City Clerk Vonderlinden did the roll call for the City Council. All Council <br />Members were present with the exception of CouncH Member Ira. Tom Passanisi, <br />Principal Planner, did the roll call for the Planning Commission.
