6.Q. - Page 34 of 45 <br />Staff Changes <br />Service <br />Integration <br />operations change, Contractor will provide the County with an updated <br />schedule of operations and coverage within 5 business days. <br />Contractor will notify HSA of changes in staff who provide Core services. <br />For staff who have a Clarity log in and who are leaving the agency, going out <br />on a leave, or changing roles to another part of the agency, the Contractor will <br />notify HSA immediately upon the staff's departure.
