The total fee payable for the Services to be performed during the term <br />of this Amendment No. 7 will be One Hundred and Thirty -Seven Thousand, Four <br />Hundred and Fifty -Eight dollars ($137,458). Additional information technology <br />services provided by City will be invoiced to and paid by SVCW on an hourly basis <br />as set forth in Section 3.b. <br />a. City's Financial Services. SVCW shall pay the City Ninety Thousand, <br />Five Hundred and Nine Dollars ($90,509) for the financial services <br />listed on Exhibit "A". This rate increase as compared to the immediate <br />prior year is based on the CPI increase of 2.9% in the Pacific Cities — San <br />Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, as of February 2020. <br />b. City's Information Technology. SVCW shall pay City Forty -Two <br />Thousand, and Seventy -Five dollars ($42,075) for the information <br />technology services described in Exhibit "A" based on an estimated 250 <br />hours at the rate of One Hundred Sixty -Eight Dollars and Thirty Cents <br />($168.30) per hour (the "IT Base Internal Rate") for the services listed on <br />Exhibit "A." SVCW shall pay City for additional information technology <br />services provided beyond 250 hours at the same base internal rate of <br />One Hundred Sixty -Eight Dollars and Thirty Cents ($168.30) per hour, <br />to be invoiced during July 2021. Unused invoiced hours above 225 (90% <br />of the agreed estimated number of hours) will be refunded during July <br />2021 at the base internal rate of One Hundred Sixty -Eight Dollars and <br />Thirty Cents ($168.30) per hour. <br />c. Computer Technology H os t i n Services. SVCW shall pay Four <br />Thousand, Eight Hundred, and Seventy -Two Dollars ($4,872) for computer <br />technology hosting services. Services include daily backups, remote <br />access, server and financial system patches and upgrades, and anti- <br />virus protection. This rate increase as compared to the immediate prior <br />year is based on the CPI increase of 2.9% in the Pacific Cities — San <br />Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, as of February 2020. <br />4. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended <br />from time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br />5.
