6.111. - Page 10 of 10 <br />and to appropriate available and unencumbered Park Impact Fees for Fiscal Year 2020- <br />2021 to accommodate completion of the project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to increase the contract amount with <br />Bothman Construction for the Magical Bridge Playground Project by 3.25% of the <br />aggregate amount awarded, for a total amount of $6,995,192. <br />Section 2. The Parks Impact Fee Fund — Magical Bridge Playground expenditure <br />budget shall be increased by $220,000.00 equal to 3.25% of the aggregate awarded <br />contract amount. <br />Section 3.
