Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with SCA <br />Environmental to provide environmental services for the construction phase of <br />the California Water Tank, Pump Station and Transmission Main Project (304) <br />MO 20-145 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the Professional Services Agreement with SCA Environmental, Inc. for the <br />services for the construction phase support of the California Water Tank, Pump <br />Station and Transmission Main project in the amount of $185,100 for a total <br />amount of $446,860, and authorize the City Manager and the City Manager's <br />designees to increase the contract amount up to an additional 10%, if necessary. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.C.
