Study Session for consideration of General Plan Amendment Initiation Requests <br />for five separate predominantly commercial/mixed-use development projects, <br />submitted as part of the Gatekeeper Process <br />Community Development and Transportation Director Mark Muenzer gave a <br />presentation on the 901, 947 and 999 EI Camino Real site (Autozone) and 601 <br />Allerton sites. <br />John Fong, Rob Zirkle, Ben Johnson and Mac Brennan gave a presentation on the <br />901, 947 and 999 EI Camino Real site (Autozone). <br />Michael Halow gave a presentation on the 601 Allerton site. <br />Mayor Howard opened the public hearing. <br />The following members of the public spoke: <br />• Kate Comfort Harr <br />• Lissette Espinoza-Garnica <br />• Alex Melendrez <br />• Susan <br />• Isabella Chu <br />• Judy Borcz <br />• Bob Li <br />• Misha Silin <br />• Nisha Masharani <br />• Kris Johnson <br />• Mike Dunham <br />• Mark Wolohan <br />Mayor Howard closed the public hearing. <br />Mayor Howard recused herself from the remaining presentations due to a <br />conflict of interest. <br />Community Development Director and Transportation Director Mark Muenzer <br />gave a presentation on the 1900 Broadway (Wells Fargo), 2300 Broadway (Chase <br />Bank) and 603 Jefferson/750 Bradford (Redwood City School District Office) sites. <br />Mark Murray and Dawn Jedkins gave a presentation on the 1900 Broadway (Wells <br />Fargo) site. <br />Henry Sears and Nevada Merriman gave a presentation on the 2300 Broadway <br />(Chase Bank) site. <br />Page 5of8 <br />257 <br />
