7.A. - Page 4 of 5 <br />Should the City Council approve the Ad Hoc Committee's recommendation, staff will develop <br />implementing actions as part of the Equity Workplan to be developed during the course of the Fiscal Year. <br />Such actions could include training for City staff on equity assessments of operations, and City Council <br />discussion of how to incorporate equity into decision making. As with other elements of the Strategic Plan, <br />activities and progress will be considered during the annual budget adoption process and during mid -year <br />budget reviews. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Support for the work of the Ad Hoc Committee was provided within the adopted budget.
