6.C. - Page 3 of 6 <br />The staff report for the April 6, 2020 Council Meeting reported an average of approximately $16,000 per <br />month in late payment penalties and interestwere typically collected priorto April 2020. Since the penalty <br />waiver went into effect, a monthly average of approximately $16,679 has been waived; in the past four <br />months, the average is $18,130.
