This proposal will bring 54 units of
low and very low income housing to the downtown area. Creating this type of housing is a goal for CZI as well
as the City.
I realize there are numerous other office projects being proposed at this time. None of these offer the location
and quality which 1900 will offer the city and community. We also have particular faith in Lane Partners to
deliver a best -in -class building given our experience at 2075 Broadway/801 Jefferson.
We have also negotiated an option to potentially lease the entirety of the office space at 1900 should the
project be approved.
I would be happy to meet in person if helpful. Thanks for your consideration,
Best,
Lisa
Lisa Soutter
Director of Real Estate, Facilities and Workplace Services
E:Iisoutter@chanzuckerberg,.com
327
