If you wouldn't like it, then please don't vote for it. <br />If my property were hemmed in on all sides by two-story ADUs—that don't necessarily even provide needed <br />housing—I would be devastated. <br />Until we have a law that requires people to rent their ADUs at an affordable rate, their construction should have <br />stricter guidelines, to protect the neighbors' most valuable assets. We are counting on you.
