Creating viable affordable housing developments in our County is incredibly difficult
and site control is critical. Kenson Ventures is working with four sellers and due to the
nature of the purchase agreements and investments involved, if the project is pushed
out, it is gone. But, it's not too late to save it.
I encourage the Redwood City Council to consider other options for how to keep this
project alive and moving forward as part of the Gatekeeper process.
If it doesn't, I feel the loss to Redwood City, local teens and families in need of an
affordable place to raise their families would be tragic.
Sincerely,
Kate
Kate Comfort Harr
Executive Director
0
HIPhousino.ora
WWWWF
