6.F. - Page 1 of 9 <br />/<;i-ik <br />Redwood <br />CitylCallifornia <br />wended 1967 <br />4W <br />DATE: October 12, 2020 <br />SUBJECT <br />STAFF REPORT <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br />Final acceptance of Redwood Creek Revetment Project at Bradford Street <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />By motion, accept the Redwood Creek Revetment Project at Bradford Street, and authorize the release <br />of bonds and retention according to City procedures. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Public Safety <br />BACKGROUND <br />On June 8, 2020, the City Council awarded the construction contract for the Redwood Creek Revetment <br />Project at Bradford Street to Brannon Corporation for their low bid of $213,446. <br />The project completed the following improvements: <br />• Removal of an existing sakrete revetment <br />• Grading and earthwork <br />• Installation of a keyed rock revetment <br />• Erosion control <br />ANALYSIS <br />The project was successfully completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. There was no <br />change order for the project.
