Redevelopment projects in the <br />city are required to mitigate stormwater runoff pollution and flow. Heron Court Cooperative, Inc. is the <br />owner of real property located at 350 Gunter Lane. In September 2019, the owner's representative <br />submitted eighteen concurrent building permit applications to alter and replace the roofs of existing <br />buildings on the property. Under Provision C.3 of the MRP, redevelopment projects that replace 10,000 <br />square feet or more of impervious surface must install stormwater treatment measures. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The owner, Heron Court Cooperative, Inc., has submitted improvement plans for the subject property to <br />the satisfaction of the City's Engineering and Transportation Division.
