(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on October 12, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Aguirre to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 3 to agreement with HdL to extend business license tax and TOT <br />software and services for three additional years in the amount of $34,167, with two one- <br />year extension options at the City's discretion in the amount of $24,520, for a total amount <br />not to exceed $122,188, and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, <br />if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
