Motion and second, Bain and Reddy, to adopt resolutions initiating the following <br />commercial/mixed-use projects: <br />a. 2300 Broadway (Chase Bank site) <br />b. 603 Jefferson, 750 Bradford (RCSD site) <br />c. 901, 947, 999 EI Camino Real and 2529 Broadway (Autozone) <br />With the direction that the following projects are brought back to the Council for review in <br />the next 6 months: <br />a. 601 Allerton <br />b. 1900 Broadway (Wells Fargo site) <br />The motions passes 6-0-1 by roll call vote, with Mayor Howard recused. <br />Pamela Aguilar, MC <br />City Clerk <br />
