Peter Tsai, Marc Henninger and Dr. John Baker gave a presentation on the 603 <br />Jefferson/750 Bradford (Redwood City School District Office) site. <br />Vice Mayor Masur opened the public hearing. <br />The following members of the public spoke: <br />• Kate Comfort Harr <br />■ Kris Johnson <br />o Lissette Espinoza-Garnica <br />• Nisha Masharani <br />Vice Mayor Masur closed the public hearing. <br />Recommendation: <br />Hold a Study Session to consider the primarily commercial projects requesting <br />consideration of a General Plan Amendment and provide feedback on the <br />proposals. This is a Study Session and no formal action will occur at this hearing. <br />The following projects request consideration of a General Plan Amendment: <br />1. 901, 947, 999 El Camino Real (Autozone site) <br />2. 601 Allerton <br />3. 1900 Broadway (Wells Fargo site) <br />4. 2300 Broadway (Chase Bank site) <br />5. 603 Jefferson, 750 Bradford (Redwood City School District Office site) <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Bain and Borgens, to extend the meeting to 11:15 p.m., <br />passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />Mayor Howard rejoined the meeting. <br />9. PUBLIC HEARING Page 103 <br />9.A.
