7. Reaffirmation. Except as specifically set forth herein, each of the terms and <br />conditions of the Owner Participation Agreement remain unmodified and in full force and effect, <br />and are hereby ratified and confirmed, and all of which are applicable to this Amendment as if the <br />provisions hereof were incorporated into the Owner Participation Agreement when the same was <br />executed and delivered. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Owner Participation <br />Agreement on the one hand and this Amendment on the other, this Amendment shall control. <br />8. Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in any number of identical <br />counterparts and each counterpart shall be deemed to be an original document. All executed <br />counterparts together shall constitute one and the same document and any counterpart signature <br />pages may be detached and assembled to form a single original document. <br />9. Governing Law.
