EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide professional audio visual productions services to support the live <br />filming and broadcast onto an adjoining LED video wall (City to provide). Consultant will <br />provide 2 cameras, one by a camera person and one fixed location with remote zoom <br />and angle control. Consultant will provide all equipment and materials required to support <br />said production. (listed below) <br />Schedule: <br />Load In / Set-up: 09-29-2020 <br />Rehearsal: 09-30-2020 <br />Shows: 10-01-2020 - 10-25-2020 <br />45 shows total over the 4 weeks with shows Tuesday - Sunday. <br />Tuesday & Wednesday 6:30pm, Thursday & Friday 4pm & 7pm, <br />Saturday 12pm, 3pm & 7pm, Sunday 12pm, 3pm & 6pm <br />Consultant will provide 4 technicians for set up, strike and rehearsals with 2 technicians <br />for all show dates. 2 additional technicians with knowledge of the show and systems <br />available to cover for the scheduled show technicians in the event that someone becomes <br />ill during the 4 week run of show. <br />AV Equipment to be supplied by Consultant: (or equivalent) <br />BirdDog P200 1080P Full NDI PTZ Camera <br />Blackmagic Design M/E Advanced Broadcast Control Panel <br />Blackmagic ATEM1 M/E Production Studio 4K Switcher <br />Panasonic AG-CX350 UHD 4K Camcorder <br />SDI / HDMI Cable Package <br />Monopod / Tripod <br />Wireless ClearCom <br />Sennheiser Wireless package <br />Midas M32R Live digital mixing console <br />Audio Cable package <br />Condenser boundary and area mics <br />Lighting control board <br />DMX cable package <br />AC package <br />City will pay Consultant two thousand dollars ($2,000) for initial set-up and six hundred <br />twenty six dollars and eight cents ($626.08) for each of one (1) rehearsals and forty-five <br />(45) potential shows for a total not -to -exceed amount of thirty thousand eight hundred <br />dollars ($30,800). Consultant will only be paid for work actually performed.
