Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide professional audio visual productions services to support the live filming <br />and broadcast onto an adjoining LED video wall (City to provide). Consultant will provide 2 <br />cameras, one by a camera person and one fixed location with remote zoom and angle control. <br />Consultant will provide all equipment and materials required to support said production. (listed <br />below) <br />AV Equipment to be supplied by Consultant: (or equivalent) <br />BirdDog P200 1080P Full NDI PTZ Camera <br />Blackmagic Design M/E Advanced Broadcast Control Panel <br />Blackmagic ATEM1 M/E Production Studio 4K Switcher <br />Panasonic AG-CX350 UHD 4K Camcorder <br />SDI / HDMI Cable Package <br />Monopod / Tripod <br />Wireless ClearCom <br />Sennheiser Wireless package <br />Midas M32R Live digital mixing console <br />Audio Cable package <br />Condenser boundary and area mics <br />Lighting control board <br />DMX cable package <br />AC package <br />Schedule <br />City will notify Consultant by no later than 12pm on each Friday preceding the below described <br />weeks of performance whether Performances will be held in the following week. Tentative shows <br />for each week are defined by the schedule listed below. Notification of whether to conduct any <br />given week's Performances will be made in writing by email by the Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services Director, who will have sole discretion as to whether to authorize that week's <br />Performances. <br />Consultant will be compensated in full for each week's Performances as defined below only if <br />notified by the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director to continue for an additional <br />week as described above. The Consultant shall have no expectation of payment for any week of <br />shows listed below if the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director notifies that <br />Performances will not be held by 12pm on the preceding Friday. <br />Consultant will provide the following schedule of shows for the following fees only upon notification <br />by the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director as described above. <br />October 27 through November 1, 2020 for Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($7,700) <br />Tu <br />27 -Oct <br />6:30 <br />Wed <br />28 -Oct <br />6:30 <br />Thu <br />29 -Oct <br />4:00 & 7:00 <br />Fri <br />30 -Oct <br />4:00 &7:00 <br />Sat <br />31 -Oct <br />10:00, 1:00 & 4:00 <br />Sun <br />1 -Nov <br />12:00, 3:00 & 6:00 <br />November 3 through November 8, 2020 for Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars <br />($7,700) <br />Tu 3 -Nov 6:30 <br />Wed 4 -Nov 6:30 <br />REV: 10-30-2020 RL <br />
