REV: 06-22-22 RL <br />Code Enforcement Services $105-126. <br />Off-Site Plan Review Fee for Combination Plans <br />This includes Building Code Structural and Non-Structural, Green Building Code, <br />Energy Code, Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code, Electrical Code and Fire Code <br />Construction Valuation Off-site Fee (Compensation as a <br />percentage of Plan Review fee) <br />$1.00 – 1,000,000.99 75% <br />$1,000,001.00 – 3,000,000.99 55% <br />$3,000,001 and over 45% <br />Should the scope of work change or circumstances develop which necessitate special <br />handling, Consultant will notify the City and obtain City’s approval prior to proceeding. <br />On each anniversary of the contract start date, Consultant will initiate a rate increase <br />based on the change in CPI for the applicable region. Any change in the rate schedule <br />will require a written amendment executed by both parties indicating the effective date of <br />the increase. <br />Consultant will invoice on a monthly basis for services rendered during the prior month. <br />Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are 30-days from receipt of invoice. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022/Amend.
