Public Facility Improvements (Non -Housing Community Development): Removal of <br />architectural barriers in public facilities for persons with disabilities, development of <br />public facilities, preservation, and rehabilitation of public facilities. <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />StarVista will improve building safety of the Daybreak home by improving the sewage <br />system to prevent unsanitary backups, and adding air conditioning to improve air <br />quality and create a comfortable environment for youth residents and staff. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Daybreak Rehab Project will serve 28 Redwood City persons. <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
