7.A. - Page 26 of 176 <br />• Storm Drain Systems Improvements. Any and all surface and subsurface <br />storm drainage facilities, including, but not limited to, storm drain pump <br />stations, storm drain mains, manholes with manhole frames and covers, <br />and inlets and catch basins together with any and all appurtenances to any <br />of the above now existing or hereafter to be constructed in or for Seaport <br />Centre. <br />• Water Facilities. Any and all water facilities, including, but not limited to, <br />water mains, valves, tees, hydrants, services, meters and meter boxes, <br />together with any and all appurtenances thereto now existing or hereafter <br />to be constructed in and for Seaport Centre. <br />• Sanitary Sewer Facilities. Any and all sanitary sewer facilities, including, <br />but not limited to, sanitary sewer mains, manholes with manhole frames and <br />covers, cleanouts and laterals together with any and all appurtenances <br />thereto now existing or hereafter to be constructed in and for Seaport <br />Centre. <br />The costs and expenses of maintaining and operating the above public <br />improvements and appurtenant facilities includes the cost of necessary repairs, <br />replacements, fuel, power, electrical current, care, supervision and any and all other items <br />necessary for the proper maintenance and operation thereof. <br />OTHER <br />The CFD may also finance any of the following: <br />1. Financing expenses, debt service reserve funds, capitalized interest, letter of <br />credit fees and expenses, attorney fees and expenses, bond marketing costs, and all <br />other incidental expenses. <br />2. Administrative fees of the City and any consultants hired by the City related to <br />the CFD. <br />3. Reimbursement of costs related to the formation of the CFD advanced by the <br />City, the landowner(s) in the CFD, or any party related to any of the foregoing, as well as <br />reimbursement of any costs advanced by the City, the landowner(s) in the CFD, or any <br />party related to any of the foregoing, for facilities, fees or other purposes or costs of the <br />CFD. <br />4.
