7.A. - Page 29 of 176 <br />prepare financial audits; prepare continuing disclosure by the City, if appropriate; costs <br />incurred by the County in connection with the levy and collection of the Special Taxes; <br />the costs of and any other costs required to administer the CFD or any bonds or other <br />debt of the CFD. <br />"Annual Facilities Special Tax Rate" means, in any given Fiscal Year, the annual rate <br />per Building Square Foot that may be levied for Facilities Special Taxes on a Fully <br />Taxable Parcel in accordance with Section 5 hereof. <br />"Annual Service Special Tax Rate for Levees" means, in any given Fiscal Year, the <br />annual rate per Lot Square Foot that may be levied for Service Special Taxes for Levees <br />on Seaport Centre Taxable Parcels and the Seaport Plaza Taxable Parcel in accordance <br />with Section 5 hereof. <br />"Annual Service Special Tax Rate for Wet Utilities" means, in any given Fiscal Year, <br />the annual rate per Lot Square Foot that may be levied for Service Special Taxes for Wet <br />Utilities on Seaport Centre Taxable Parcels in accordance with Section 5 hereof. <br />"Assessor" means the Assessor for the County or his or her designee. <br />"Auditor" means the Auditor for the County or his or her designee. <br />"Building Permit" means a permit issued by the City or other governmental agency for <br />the construction of a residential or non-residential building on a Parcel. <br />"Building Square Feet" or "Building Square Foot" means the building square feet of <br />the non-residential building(s) allocated to a Taxable Parcel pursuant to Exhibit 1 hereto. <br />The determination of such building square feet set forth on Exhibit 1 hereto shall not be <br />subject to change after the CFD Formation Proceedings and shall therefore remain in <br />effect until the termination of the Facilities Special Tax in accordance with Section 3 <br />hereof . <br />"CFD" means City of Redwood City Community Facilities District No. 2020-1 (Seaport <br />Centre/Seaport Plaza). <br />"CFD Advanced Costs" means the aggregate costs associated with the formation of the <br />CFD and CFD Formation Proceedings. <br />"CFD Formation Proceedings" means the proceedings to form the CFD, including all <br />resolutions, ordinances, reports and notices. <br />"CFD Law" means the City's Special Tax Financing Law (Chapter 32, Article XIII of the <br />Redwood City Municipal Code). <br />"Classification Date" means June 1, 2021 for Fiscal Year 2021-22, and for each Fiscal <br />Year thereafter, each June 1 of the prior Fiscal Year. <br />"City" means the City of Redwood City, California. <br />ATTY/RESO.0121/CC RESO REDWOOD CITY ROI ESTABLISH <br />REV: 10-21-2020 MI <br />Page 11 of 26 <br />211 <br />
