7.A. - Page 33 of 176 <br />Installment Payments levied and paid in prior Fiscal Years, and (ii) any Installment <br />Payment Obligation Prepayment Amounts collected pursuant to Section 7 hereof. <br />"RMA" means this Rate and Method and Apportionment of Special Taxes. <br />"Repair and Replacement Plan" means, collectively, the Repair and Replacement Plan <br />for Levees and the Repair and Replacement Plan for Wet Utilities. <br />"Repair and Replacement Plan for Levees" means the report that describes the <br />necessary and appropriate maintenance, capital repairs, and replacement of parts for the <br />Levees over a five-year period, which is based on demonstrative data/evidence obtained <br />by the City supporting such maintenance, capital repairs, and replacement of parts, which <br />can include, among others, a Conditions Report for Levees. The Repair and Replacement <br />Plan for Levees shall substantiate, among other things, the adequacy of the Maintenance <br />Reserve for maintenance, capital repairs and replacement costs for the Levees for the <br />next five -Fiscal Year period. <br />"Repair and Replacement Plan for Wet Utilities" means the report that describes the <br />necessary and appropriate maintenance, capital repairs, and replacement of parts for the <br />Wet Utilities over a five-year period, which is based on demonstrative data/evidence <br />obtained by the City supporting such maintenance, capital repairs, and replacement of <br />parts, which can include, among others, a Conditions Report for Wet Utilities. The Repair <br />and Replacement Plan for Wet Utilities shall substantiate, among other things, the <br />adequacy of the Maintenance Reserve for maintenance, capital repairs and replacement <br />costs for the Wet Utilities for the next five -Fiscal Year period. <br />"Seaport Centre" means all property within the CFD comprised of the Seaport Centre <br />Taxable Parcels. <br />"Seaport Centre Taxable Parcels" means all Parcels classified as Taxable Parcels on <br />Exhibit 1 hereto, except the Seaport Plaza Taxable Parcel, as such parcels may be later <br />reconfigured and/or subdivided. <br />"Seaport Plaza" means the property within the CFD comprised of the Seaport Plaza <br />Taxable Parcel. <br />"Seaport Plaza Taxable Parcel" means Parcel 054-320-540, or as such parcel may be <br />later reconfigured and/or subdivided. <br />"Services for Levees" means the costs and expenses of operating and maintaining the <br />Existing Levees or the Levees, as applicable. <br />"Services for Wet Utilities" means the costs and expenses of operating and maintaining <br />the Wet Utilities. <br />"Services Special Tax" means, collectively, the Service Special Tax for Levees and the <br />Service Special Tax for Wet Utilities. <br />ATTY/RESO.0121/CC RESO REDWOOD CITY ROI ESTABLISH <br />REV: 10-21-2020 MI <br />Page 15 of 26 <br />215 <br />
