Additional <br />on-line or on-site support will be billed at the hourly support rate of <br />$175 per hour. Minimum onsite time is 4 hours, the minimum cost <br />of onsite time will be $700 (4 hours x $175 per hour). <br />Support hours are 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday- Friday.
