8. PUBLIC HEARING Page 370 <br />8.A. Adopt City of Redwood City Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-21 Revised Budget <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Hold a public hearing; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution adopting the revised budget of the City of Redwood City <br />for Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 — June 30, 2021 and providing for the appropriation <br />and expenditure of all sums set forth in said budget. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />8.13. Amendments to Article 59 of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance to allow <br />cannabis storefront retail and Amendments to Chapter 32, Article V, Division 7 <br />to regulate cannabis storefront retail and update operating requirements for <br />cannabis businesses <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Hold a Public Hearing; <br />2. Waive first reading and introduce Ordinance Amending Article 59 of the <br />Redwood City Zoning Ordinance to allow Cannabis Storefront Retail; and <br />3. Waive first reading and introduce Ordinance Amending Chapter 32, Article V, <br />Division 7 of the Redwood City Municipal Code to Regulate Cannabis Storefront <br />Retail and Update Operating Requirements for Cannabis Businesses. <br />CEQA: <br />By right - does not have the potential to cause a significant impact on the <br />environment (CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3)); CUP - statutorily exempt <br />from the requirements of CEQA (Bus. & Prof. Section 26055(h)). <br />9.
