The reductions do not lay off any employees; they selectively maintain existing staff vacancies <br />while we work with employees to assess opportunities to reduce costs and modify service delivery <br />approaches. We totally understand <br />how covid has affected all forms of government. But you are supposed to be making the tax <br />payers aware of what's going on.
