I live on the corner of Main and Marshall, and I can tell from first-hand observation that this is a very busy <br />engine. At a time when medical emergencies are on the rise due to COVID-19 that last thing you should be doing is <br />cutting the front-line services we need and pay for. I have to ask you with all due respect "are you out of your <br />mindsM" I'm sure that are a great many other things that are less important you can cut than this.
