I know from <br />first hand experience the importance of having a quick response time. My 15 year <br />old son was stabbed and left bleeding on the street 5 blocks from my house in <br />2009. Had it not been for the quick response of Engine 9 my son Matthew would <br />have died on the street. It brings me great comfort seeing Engine 9 often as I <br />make my way to work at our Courthouse. Although this is not about my comfort; <br />this is about making sure no one dies alone or with a family member while <br />waiting for help. <br />Please consider another option. I want those that are placed as leaders of our <br />Community listening to those who know what's best for their Agency. We are all <br />suffering today because of those who are governed by greed and refuse to listen to <br />those that know what is best. <br />James 1:5-6 "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously <br />to all without reproach, and it will be given him.
