TAX = O' <br /> <br />Quitclaim Deed <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City, a chartered municipal corporation of the State of <br />California ("Grantor") for good and sufficient consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim to the South Bayside <br />System Authority, a public entity in the State of California ("Grantee"), all right, title and <br />interest in and to the following described parcels of real property: <br /> <br />Parcel 1.
