SECTION 1. The Cost Recovery User Fee Policy, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto, marked Exhibit A, and incorporated by this reference, is hereby approved and <br />adopted. <br />SECTION 2. The User Fee Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked <br />Exhibit B, and incorporated by this refence, is hereby adopted. <br />SECTION 3. The Board of Port Commissioners may, from time to time, by <br />Resolution, amend the Cost Recovery User Fee Policy and the User Fee Schedule. <br />SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and <br />shall be operative as of November 27, 2020. <br />Introduced on the 14th day of October, 2020. <br />Passed and adopted as an Ordinance by the Board of Port Commissioners of <br />the City of Redwood City this 28th day of October, 2020 by the following vote: <br />AYES, Commissioners: Kastrop, Duncan, Dodge, Garcia <br />NOES, Commissioners: None <br />ABSTAIN, Commissioners: None <br />ABSENT, Commissioners: Claire <br />t <br />P—RESIEENT, <br />BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS <br />SECRETARY, <br />BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS <br />P-281 <br />
