2/26/01 <br />0RI ;IfJAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14157 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR <br />PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001 -02, SETTING <br />TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING THEREON, AND <br />ESTABLISHING DATE OF ADOPTION OF THE FINAL BUDGET <br />FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City, June 25, 2001 is hereby established as the date by which the <br />proposed budget for 2001/02 fiscal year shall be submitted to this Council by the <br />City Manager. <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City, July 9, 2001, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the <br />matter may be heard, at City Hall, the City Council Chamber, 1017 Middlefield <br />Road, Redwood City, California, is hereby set as the time and place for public <br />hearing on the budget for fiscal year 2001/02; said date is hereby established as <br />the date of introduction for the ordinance adopting said budget; and July 23, <br />2001, is hereby established as the date of final adoption of said ordinance. <br />3.
