NO THIRD -PARTY BENEFICIARIES <br />No third -party beneficiaries are intended or created by this Agreement. <br />SVCW's Contract with the Consultant shall contain language granting third -party <br />beneficiary status to the other Parties that are contributing funds towards the performance <br />of the Consultant's services in the Consultant Scope of Work under this Agreement. <br />18. SAN FRANCISCO CERTIFICATION OF FUNDS <br />San Francisco's financial obligations under this Agreement are subject to the budget and <br />fiscal provisions of the City and County of San Francisco's Charter. Charges will accrue <br />only after prior written authorization certified by the City's Controller, and the amount of <br />the SFPUC's obligation hereunder shall not at any time exceed the amount certified for the <br />purpose and period stated in such advance authorization.
